Let's face it, I love polka dots, almost as much as I love stripes (my first love), they're fun, whimsical but can also be so classic. We just bought Juliette a navy and white polka dot duvet set and it inspired this week. I love these finds for littles, they have me seeing spots (I had to say that).

it's tuesday...i do so love a short week.

ilana kohn ss13

i believe i discovered ilana kohn through one of my favorites...i quickly became a ridiculous fan.  i spend too much time shopping pretty mommy, ilana kohn and pinning and re-pinning items from the ss13 collection.  this prompted me to collect these beautiful images on this blog of mine...

sharing is almost as good as owning one of each...almost.

complex geometries

i recently decided i liked dresses.  actually, let me rephrase...i recently decided i like dresses on me.  which is odd, considering i had thought that, perhaps, i just was going to go through life refusing to wear dresses.  anyway, enough with my personal growth...i, in particular, like these dresses...

no fuss, versatile, flowy and beautiful...all that dresses should be.  complex geometries has me thinking that i should wear dresses all the time and sport them in many different ways.  my mind teems with ideas as to how to wear these; which accessories to choose, boots or sandals...or just a sneaker?  or maybe just as they are and barefoot.  regardless, i am simply a fan.

wee wednesday with Jennifer: bits of sunshiny yellow

The sun is having a bit of trouble shining today so I thought I would find my own splashes of yellow.  Yellow is such a lovely color for both little boys and little girls and little bedrooms.  Here are a few great examples of how to accessorize with yellow.
