I am constantly inspired by Mothers. Literally every day of my life. They are life givers. They are boo boo healers. They are the soft place we all run to when life is harder than it should be. I am proud to call myself a Mother, and so lucky to have the most amazing Mother, she's everything a girl could ask for and my best friend. 

What is sweeter than the way a Mother's eyes light up when seeing their little one? Nothing I tell you, except the expression on that little one's face right back at her.

just right

i used to revel in stuff...more and more stuff.  i used to live by "if i could just have this..." or "if I could just have that..."  then in my late 30's something changed...now i am constantly trying to get rid of things and dream of a small, simple house; with just enough room for my wee fam, our most prized possessions and a few pets too...

which is why this home in the forest fits into my plan perfectly...obviously void of "stuff"...

a few bits and baubles here and there, but overall so uncluttered...i am pretty sure it has to smell like rain, sunshine and pine trees...

i felt like i needed to re-group today...get it?  i put my favorites into groups...

it's funny...i think may has always been my favorite, and spring has, for sure, always been my favorite of the four, so it only seems fitting that this may/spring should go way, way above and beyond!
